Description
Central California Faculty Medical Group (CCFMG), affiliated with UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program, has a position available for a full time licensed Nurse Practitioner to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice nurse, social worker, chaplain, and fellows. Expected to provide palliative care primarily at Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, California. Ideal candidates will have a track record of expertise in pain and symptom management, complex communication, shared decision making, and collaborative provision of education, psychosocial and spiritual support to patients with a variety of life-limiting illnesses and their families. Responsibilities include shared supervision of team members.

Requirements
California Nurse Practitioner licensure required
Certification as an advanced hospice and palliative nurse preferred
